2018 Animal Grantmakers Conference

Animal Grantmakers is an affinity group of foundations and organizations making grants to benefit animals. This diverse group of philanthropists works locally, regionally, nationally and internationally on issues involving companion animals, captive and free-ranging wildlife, farmed animals and animals used in research, among others.

The 2018 Animal Grantmakers Conference will be held in Boston, Massachusetts October 14-17 at the Boston Marriott-Newton. Conference Registration Deadline is October 1, 2018.

CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS

Join scientists, academics, advocates and fellow funders at the Animal Grantmakers 19th annual conference. Our four-day Boston conference offers the unparalleled opportunity to network with peers and share insights with change-makers on the latest trends and victories in our field.

Some highlights:

• Accompany us on one of three field trips; The New England Wildlife Center, Foster Parrots or Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.

The conference concludes with a special session at Harvard Law School where you will learn about its Animal Law and Policy Program, take a tour, and hear from experts about climate change, live export and farm animal campaigns worldwide.

Please note that this conference is not open to the general public. Participation is limited to members of Animal Grantmakers and to organizations that are primarily grantmakers.
